These terms apply when you order food from Hamara Pattal (sole proprietorship, FSSAI 22725446002580, GSTIN 09GRVPS2305N1ZU) through this website, for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery.
Placing an order
You don’t need an account to browse the menu or order — just a working phone number so we can reach you if something changes. An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds; it is not sent to the kitchen before that.
We reserve the right to decline or partially fulfil an order — for example if an item has run out after your payment succeeded — in which case you’ll be refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Hours
We’re open 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 12:30 pm to midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We’re closed on Tuesday. Orders can only be placed while we’re open.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are computed by our server at the time you check out — including packaging and delivery charges where applicable, and GST. The price you’re charged is the price shown immediately before payment; menu prices may change between visits but never after your order is placed.
Delivery area
We deliver to areas around our outlet in Greater Noida West. If you’re not sure we reach you, call or WhatsApp us before ordering.
Food safety and allergens
Our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, nuts, and other common allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please call us before ordering — we cannot guarantee any dish is free of trace cross-contamination.
Payment
Payment is handled by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s own terms for the payment method you use.
Liability
We’re liable for the food and service we provide, to the extent required by Indian consumer protection law. We’re not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control — severe weather, a third-party delivery partner, or similar.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
